Parking space only for one car on the property (open garage). Further parking spaces (chargeable) in the parking garage Rocksresort. Bed sheets/towels CHF. 25.00 per person, final cleaning and tourist taxes are included in the final price. Own bad linen may not be brought into the holiday home. Electricity and one garage space are included in the price. Baby chair and baby bed available on request. One pet allowed, the tenant is liable for any damaged caused by the pet!

It is a cozy house in the original Graubündner style. In summer it is a direct starting starting point for hikes to explore the breathtaking Grisons nature, the mountains or the surrounding lakes. In winter Laax is the destination for all ski and snowboard fans and for piste-goers - for everybody who wants to explore the unique winter landscape of Graubünden. On the ground floor of house 1 is the living room with dining area and fireplace and the well equipped kitchen. On the first floor of house 1 is a very spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds and room 3 with a bunk bed and a vanity, a bath room with bath tub and toilet, and a separate toilet. In the basement is the spacious room 4 with a double bed (Grand Lit), a shower with toilet and a laundry room. For a short trip of three days we recommend house 3.
