The Zermatt Lodge is a unique luxurious (320 sqm) top floor penthouse chalet with 5 double bedrooms, all en-suite, outdoor jacuzzi hot-tub, sauna and with an unmatched view of the Matterhorn. Situated close to the main street the chalet offers flat access from street level with elevator; 50m from the main street, 5 min walk to village centre, 5 min to Sunnegga or Gornegrat ski lifts. Guests can leave theirs skis and boots in the ski-room of the building. Our concierge team will ensure that you get the most out of your holiday and look after you before, during and after your stay with us. They will help you select a number of other services. These may include child care, health and beauty treatments, planning your heli-skiing adventures, booking your restaurants, ski lessons and transfer arrangements...
320 m2. Meer informatie beschikbaar bij de aanbieder: Luxury Chalet Zermatt Lodge is an exceptional penthouse apartment with unmatched views of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. It takes up the whole top floor of a chalet. There are five double bedrooms, all have en-suite bathrooms and TV. There is also a private sauna and an outdoor hot tub on the south-facing balcony, with a view of the famous mountain. The focal point of the spacious living rooms is a suspended wood-burning fireplace with its mushroom stools; adjoining it is a large dining area with a long table seating 12 comfortably, an intimate U-shaped seating nook, across from a large L-shaped leather sofa and TV area. These several distinct seating areas enable you to chill out in peace and/or party with your group, and everything gives onto a full-length south-facing balcony. There is also a guest toilet. The kitchen is open-plan and professionally equipped. Four bedrooms can be configured with double or twin beds whereas the fifth (masterbedroom) has a fixed king size bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a separate shower room with W/C, and a hydro massage bath by its own fire stove. Two bathroom have a bathtub with hand-held showers and WC; while the other two feature a shower and WC.
Our Rates include: Concierge Service, Wifi, VAT and cleaning on departure. Daily cleaning on request. Pets on request. Upon your arrival in resort we will ask for your credit card details by way of security for any damage you may cause to the property you are staying in. This Chalet can also be booked with full cooked breakfast and daily cleaning. This service includes also a mid-week linen and towel change and service bar. The minimum length of stay is one week. Weekly Supplement on self-catered basis rate is: CHF 3,500.- If you would like to rent this chalet with half-board we will offer you additionally: Afternoon tea and cake, champagne with canapés, magnificent 4 course gourmet dinner, different wine pairs (white and red) each evening, Children's menu if required, Open bar. The minimum length of stay is one week. Weekly Supplement on self-catered basis rate is: CHF 7,500.- If rented with breakfast or catered you will receive a 5* service from our qualified chef and housekeeper staff, on 6 out of 7 days. Covid-19 Cancellation Terms: If you are unable to travel as a result of the following COVID-related circumstances: - Formal government travel ban from your country of departure against travel to Switzerland - Country border closures preventing travel from country of departure or arrival to Switzerland - If the Zermatt lift system is completely shut due to Covid-19, also this is very unlikely You can chose between the following 2 options: - Use your payment as a credit for a future stay in a Mountain Exposure Chalet - Cancel your booking - in this case we will retain 25% of the full booking price Given the wide availability of vaccinations and their necessity for most international travel, our Covid-19 cancellation terms only apply to the fully vaccinated. For the avoidance of doubt, inability to travel because of a positive Covid test result is not covered by these terms. There are numerous travel insurance policies which provide this cover. Any travel restrictions or impediments or requirements due to non-vaccination of yourself or any member of your party, or due to a positive Covid test result, cannot be taken into account under Covid-19 cancellation terms, but are subject to our General Cancellation Terms.
